VMERSSI (“VMERSSI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit www.vmerssi.com (the “Site”), purchase our products, or otherwise interact with us.
By using the Site, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.
VMERSSI sells products to customers throughout the United States. Because there is no single federal privacy law, this Policy is written to comply with the patchwork of state laws currently in effect, including but not limited to the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), the Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA), the Utah Consumer Privacy Act (UCPA), and the comprehensive privacy laws of Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, and Washington, as well as the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the CAN-SPAM Act.
This is an evolving legal area: additional states pass comprehensive privacy legislation regularly. Regardless of where you live, if your state has not yet enacted a comprehensive privacy law, we still apply the core practices in this Policy (transparency about collection, no sale of data for money, and a way to contact us) as a baseline. Where a specific state law grants you rights, this Policy is intended to honor them; if any provision of applicable state law is more protective than this Policy, the state law controls.
Global Privacy Control (GPC): Where required by applicable state law, we honor the Global Privacy Control signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for browsers/devices that send it.
